The quiz runs on your device only. Answers are not saved or sent anywhere and are cleared when you leave the page. It is education only, not medical advice.
Calling or texting the clinic opens your phone’s own dialer or messaging app. We do not record those. This app offers calling only. Directions open your maps app.
If you choose to allow notifications in the iOS app, a device token is used only to send clinic updates. You can turn them off anytime in iOS Settings. Notifications are optional and never requested automatically.
OneSignal and your device platform may process permission and device subscription identifiers. Notifications do not include health information.
Hosting providers may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operations.
The app is not directed to children under 13.
